You will be billed monthly for electricity usage shown on meter. You MUST agree to all Park Rules before registering. Payment is due on the 1st of every month. Late fees are due if payment is not made by the 5th of each month. All monthly stays must end on the last day of the calendar month. If a guest terminates or vacates before the month’s end, a $150 early termination fee will apply and the guest must pay their prorated monthly rent plus the $150 early termination fee.
